Customer Service Advisor

Location: Marlborough

Hours: Full and part–time available

Salary: £7-8 per hour depending on experience

Positions based within our small customer service team
based in our head office in Marlborough town centre.

Job Specification

Responsible to the Customer Service Manager, this is a busy
role within the customer service team providing 1st class
customer service to Urchin customers.


Task responsibilities:

• Work as part of a team


• Answer customer queries via telephone and e-mail


• Keep a calm attitude even when under pressure


• Communicating via e-mail


• Gain excellent product knowledge on an ongoing basis


• Liase with suppliers/customer service team, buying

department and customers

• Be prepared to participate in other areas of the business
  when necessary

Accounts Administrator

Location: Marlborough

Hours: 37.5 hrs per week (5 days per week)

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience

Job Specification

General book keeping duties including processing supplier
invoices, sales and bank reconciliations. An important
administrative role within a growing organisation


Experience/Skills required:

Book keeping experience (especially on Sage Accounting),
as well as Excel experience would be desirable, the need to
be computer competent and familiar with data entry
essential.
