I purchased this item for my sister who gave birth to her baby 2 weeks ago. She is partially death in both ears so was finding herself in a panic whenever she left the baby asleep in the room as she was afraid she wouldn't be able to hear his little cry. Fortunately for her I came across this FANTASTIC video monitor, so now she has the confidence to leave the baby alone in the room whilst she's in the kitchen or watching her favourite programme. And the fact that she can view the image on the tv is a fantastic bonus.
Only drawback, is the fact that the monitor is not cordless. Having to plug and unplug whenever you go to different rooms in the house can get a little tiresome But apart from this I WOULD 100% HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT!!! It is truly the best video monitor on the market!!

Having already had another make of audio / video monitor (which broke) I knew that when choosing a new one I wanted the video aspect - it's fantastic to be able to see your little one as well as hear them, and saves disturbing them when checking up on them because you can't hear them!
I opted for this larger screen version which was a bit more money but in my opinion well worth it - I find with the smaller screens that you can barely see anything. The picture is very clear and great colour (daytime). Sound quality is also very good. Having read lots of reviews of this product (on other sites) some people have had interference issues - I have had none at all. Previous monitor disliked the microwave and washing machine but this one is fine with these and WiFi PC as well.

The only drawback or disappointment that I have with the product is that the monitor / screen does not have cordless / battery operation (camera does although I have not yet tried this). My last one did and did mean that you could carry from room to room or take into garden with you. I now have to unplug and plug when moving round the house and will just have to buy an extension lead so we can sit outside in summer evenings. Not therefore a big hardship but just would have been nice feature to have.
Being able to watch through the TV and record if required is wonderful - with so much rubbish on TV these days we can sit for hours just watching the little one sleep (like having your own junior version of Big Brother!)
Overall an excellent product. Packaging is very good, product looks good and works very well. I would thoroughly recommend to anyone with a child.

I purchased your video monitor a few weeks ago. To be honest I wasn't sure how the video imaging would work and I was convinced I would be returning the product to you within 14 days! However, both my wife and I are AMAZED with the performance - especially the night vision. The wireless range works fine throughout the house with no interference from my wireless network (Well, that's on another channel - channel C and we have the video monitor set to Channel A with no issues/interference whatsoever.) It's great being able to see what the wee guy is doing without having to interupt his sleep every 5mins just because he made a noise - As we'd have to have done with an Audio Monitor only. Just wanted to give you feedback on this product and let you know we are 100% happy with this video monitor purchase from yourselves. I'll certainly recommend you to my friends. David.
